You can cancel your account at any time. Go to your back office my.thewealthbuilders.me. Main Menu > Cancel Account, under the Available Command section select deactivate account. This will deactivate your account and no future charges will be attempted. You will immediately loose access to all material.

There are several reasons you may be locked out your account. Make sure your payment is up to date. If you need to update your card information. Go to my.thewealthbuilder.me. Select Main Menu >Update payment information and you can update your payment information there.

There is a tab on your dashboard that says compensation plan. This will break down exactly how to calculate your GV and how to achieve rank, or ask your upline to further explain

To access your referral link to send to new members. Go to your back office at my.thewealthbuilders.me Go to Main Menu> My profile. There will be a tab that says replicated website. This is what you will send to new members to join your team.

If a dealer is inactive you can just build around that person. That simply means that that dealer will not supply you any GV because they are not active

If you did not receive any residual please make sure you meet the qualification to receive your weekly residual. Verify that you are Wb 100 and you have paid your monthly subscription. You will not receive your residuals if you are inactive. If you are still having trouble please email support at contact@thewealthbuilders.me

There are several reasons to de-rank. Having inactive people can cause you to de-rank. Not having your 3 personally sponsored dealers to de-rank. There is a tab on your dashboard that says compensation plan. This will break down exactly how to maintain rank.
You look at the deal information tab in your back office. My.thewealthbuilder.me Select dealer information. There is a tab that says Has Active Auto-ship. (Yes or No) If it says no. They are not currently active. If it says yes, they are currently active. You also can see who is inactive and active by looking at the tree view tool under the genealogy Report tab. If it shows red they are Inactive if it shows blue they are active.
Go to my.thewealthbuilders.me Select main Menu > Update payment information. After you have successfully updated your card information select the activate tab at the top of your screen to activate your order
If you watch the how to get started video. It will demonstrate how to use the system. There is also instructions on how to use the letters to on the credit letter page located on the credit icon tab
